PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve attachment workability in an apparatus attachment structure.SOLUTION: In an apparatus attachment structure for attaching a load holding mechanism 20 which is connected to piping 17 for feeding and discharging a working fluid with respect to a hydraulic cylinder 10, and to which the working fluid is introduced to the hydraulic cylinder 10, the apparatus attachment structure comprises: a single connecting part 30 which has a screw hole 32, and is arranged at the hydraulic cylinder 10; and a bracket 40 which is connected to a connecting part 30 via a first screw member 50 screwed into the screw hole 32, and to which the load holding mechanism 20 is fixed. The bracket 40 has a first penetration hole 43 which the first screw member 50 penetrates with a clearance in a radial direction.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
