VERTICAL JOINT STRUCTURE
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To relate to a structure of a vertical joint portion formed by associating longitudinal ends of a dry wall material used for constructions, and more particularly, relate to a vertical joint structure free from falling of a decorative cap.SOLUTION: There is provided a vertical joint structure A covering a joint portion M of a dry wall material D. A joiner A for vertical joint is composed of a bedding plate B and a decorative cap C. The bedding plate B is an elongated plate member and is composed of a horizontal portion 1 and a fitting portion 4. The decorative cap C is composed of a vertical planar decorative face portion 8 and an engaging portion 4 protruding in the longitudinal direction at the center of the rear face of the decorative face portion 8. The vertical joint structure is also formed of a step 12 bent at the upper end of the decorative face portion 8 toward the indoor side at the upper end of the decorative face portion 8, a bottom piece 13 bent upward at the tip of the step 12, a back face 16 at which at least one end portion of the bottom piece 13 is folded back to the indoor side, and an insertion piece 17 protruding toward the indoor side from the tip end of the back surface 16.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
【課題】本発明は建築、構築物に用いる乾式壁材の長手方向の端部を付き合わせて出来る縦目地部の構造に関するものである。さらに詳しくは、化粧キャップの脱落の無い縦目地構造に関するものである。【解決手段】乾式壁材Ｄの目地部Ｍを被覆する縦目地構造Ａにおいて、縦目地用ジョイナＡは敷目板Ｂと化粧キャップＣからなり、敷目板Ｂは長尺状板材であり、水平部１と嵌合部４とからなり、化粧キャップＣは垂直平面状の化粧面部８と、化粧面部８の裏面中央に長手方向に突出した係合部４とからなり、化粧面部８の上端には化粧面部８の上端を屋内側に屈曲した段差１２と、段差１２の先端を上方に屈曲した底片１３と、底片１３の少なくとも一方の端部を屋内側に折り返した裏面１６と、裏面１６の先端を屋内側に突出した挿入片１７とから形成した縦目地構造である。【選択図】図３
