PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a guard lock device having high functionality that is operable by an electric drive part.SOLUTION: A guard lock element (4) is movable to a locking position by an electric drive part (6) such that an actuator (2) of a safety switch is guard-locked by a guard lock element. The guard lock element 4 is connected to the electric drive part (6) via a connection part (11) such that the rotational movement of the electric drive part (6) is converted into a pure translational motion of the guard lock element (4).SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
