PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a sound absorption performance of a porous plate by painting, instead of avoidance of deterioration of the sound absorption performance.SOLUTION: There is provided a porous sound absorption plate 1 comprising many open holes 4. Coats 7(7a) are provided on inner wall faces of the open holes 4 of the porous plates 6 as base materials forming the porous sound absorption plate 1, the coats 7(7a) form an open hole part 8 whose volume is smaller than that of the open hole 4.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
