PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a sound absorption performance of a porous plate by painting, instead of avoidance of deterioration of the sound absorption performance.SOLUTION: There is provided a porous sound absorption plate 1 comprising many open holes 4. Coats 7(7a) are provided on inner wall faces of the open holes 4 of the porous plates 6 as base materials forming the porous sound absorption plate 1, the coats 7(7a) form an open hole part 8 whose volume is smaller than that of the open hole 4.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】吸音性能の悪化回避ではなく、塗装により多孔板の吸音性能の向上を図ること。【解決手段】多数の貫通孔４を有する多孔吸音板１である。多孔吸音板１を構成する母材としての多孔板６の前記貫通孔４の内壁面に塗膜７（７ａ）を有し、この塗膜７（７ａ）により貫通孔４の容積よりも小さな容積の貫通孔部８を形成している。【選択図】図２
