SLURRY FOR PRODUCING INORGANIC SINTERED COMPACT
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a slurry for producing an inorganic sintered compact used for producing a porous ceramic green sheet, even in the case where high density inorganic powder is used, suppressing the settling of the inorganic powder to improve its dispersibility and capable of producing a uniform sheet, and, particularly, in the case of being used for producing a fuel battery, capable of improving the battery characteristics of the obtained fuel battery.SOLUTION: A slurry for producing an inorganic sintered compact comprises a binder resin composition, inorganic fine particles and an organic solvent, in which the binder resin composition includes a polyvinyl acetal based resin having a polymerization degree of 300 to 5,000, and the inorganic fine particles have a bulk density of 3.0 or higher and a viscosity of 500 to 10,000 cP.SELECTED DRAWING: None
【課題】多孔質セラミックグリーンシートを作製するためのスラリーであって、高比重の無機粉末を用いた場合にも無機粉末の沈降を抑制して分散性を向上させて、均一なシートを作製可能であり、特に燃料電池を作製するためのスラリーをして用いた場合に、得られる燃料電池の電池特性を向上させることが可能な無機質焼結体製造用スラリーを提供する。【解決手段】バインダー樹脂組成物、無機質微粒子及び有機溶剤を含有し、前記バインダー樹脂組成物は、重合度が300〜5000であるポリビニルアセタール系樹脂を含有し、前記無機質微粒子は、かさ比重が3.0以上であり、粘度が500〜10000cPである無機質焼結体製造用スラリー。【選択図】なし
