PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water-proofing agent that can easily and speedily performing water-proofing without necessitating a finishing step and can obtain a water-proofing effect over a long term.SOLUTION: A water-proofing agent is obtained by mixing an A solution including an oxidant component made of a petroleum resin, an acrylic resin and a redox catalyst and water and a B solution including a reducer component made of polyalkylene glycol di(meth)acrylate, an anionic electrolyte monomer and a redox catalyst and water.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
