PLUMBING DEVICE
To provide a plumbing device capable of reducing influence on the directivity of a detection area due to the presence or absence of articles in a placing area, and increasing detection accuracy of a human body by a radio wave sensor.SOLUTION: A plumbing device comprises a radio wave sensor detecting a human body, a placing area installed above the radio wave sensor and allowing placing of articles thereon, a control unit outputting control signals corresponding to the detection result of the radio wave sensor, and control target equipment controlled on the basis of the control signals. The radio wave sensor detects the human body in a detection area within a radio wave radiation area radiated with the radio wave from the radio wave sensor, and an area having influence on the directivity of the detection area out of the radio wave radiation area does not include the placing area.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
