OPERATION LEVER DEVICE OF CONSTRUCTION MACHINE
To make it possible to adjust the height of an operation lever device with one hand, shorten the operation time for height adjustment.SOLUTION: On the front side of consoles 20, 36, locking mechanisms 25, 41 for fixing the consoles 20, 36 at arbitrary positions are provided. The locking mechanisms 25, 41 are provided with unlocking levers 31, 44 for switching between a locked state of fixing the consoles 20, 36 and an unlocked state of releasing the fixing, wherein the unlocking levers 31, 44 are provided extending outward in the left and right directions from the locking mechanisms 25, 41. The unlocked state is set in the inclined attitude in which the distal end sides of the unlocking levers 31, 44 are inclined downward and the unlocked state is set in the horizontal position rotated upward. At the front side of the consoles 20, 36 and on the upper side of the unlocking levers 31, 44 are provided hand-engaging portions 35, 48 for swinging the consoles 20, 36 upward and downward in the unlocked state.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
【課題】 操作レバー装置の高さ調整を片手で行えるようにして、高さ調整の作業時間を短くする。【解決手段】 コンソール２０，３６の前側には、コンソール２０，３６を任意の位置に固定するロック機構２５，４１を設ける。ロック機構２５，４１には、コンソール２０，３６を固定するロック状態と固定を解除するロック解除状態を切り換えるロック解除レバー３１，４４を設ける。ロック解除レバー３１，４４は、ロック機構２５，４１から左，右方向の外側に延びて設けられると共に、ロック解除レバー３１，４４の先端側が斜め下向きとなった傾斜姿勢でロック状態とし、上向きに回動された水平姿勢でロック解除状態として設定される。コンソール２０，３６の前側でロック解除レバー３１，４４の上側には、ロック解除状態でコンソール２０，３６を上，下方向に揺動させる手掛り部３５，４８が設けられている。【選択図】 図５
