VIBRATION ISOLATION CEILING STRUCTURE
To reduce construction labor by simplifying the ceiling structure, while improving the vibration isolation and sound insulation for the room under the ceiling.SOLUTION: A ceiling joist anti-vibration mounting metal fitting 21 is interposed between a surrounding material 2 of an upper structure 1 disposed between the first floor portion and the second floor portion of the building and a ceiling joist 15 supporting a ceiling material 16. The anti-vibration mounting metal fitting 21 includes a base metal fitting 22 to be attached and fixed to the surrounding material 2, a joist metal fitting 28 disposed horizontally so as to be opposed to the base metal fitting 22 and to which an end portion of the ceiling joist 15 is attached and fixed, and a rubber elastic body 40 which is fixed between the metal fittings 22 and 28 and connects them, so that in the structure only the rubber elastic body 40 is interposed between the peripheral material 2 side and the ceiling joist 15 side. The ceiling material 16 is directly fixed to the lower surface of the ceiling joist 15. Further, a floor substrate material 6 in a floor member 4 of the second floor includes a dry floating floor structure in which a mat laminate 7 is laid on a nonwoven fabric laminated plywood 8.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】天井下側の部屋に対する防振性や遮音性を向上させつつ、天井構造を簡略化して施工の手間を低減する。【解決手段】建物の1階部分及び2階部分の間に配置される上部構造体1の周囲材2と、天井材16を支持する天井根太15との間に天井根太用防振取付金具21を介在させる。防振取付金具21は、周囲材2に取付固定されるベース金具22と、ベース金具22に水平方向に対向して配置され、天井根太15の端部が取付固定される根太金具28と、両金具22,28間に固定されて両者を連結するゴム弾性体40とを備え、周囲材2側と天井根太15側との間にゴム弾性体40のみが介在される構造とする。天井根太15の下面に天井材16が直接に固定されている。また、2階部分の床材4における床下地材6は、不織布積層合板8上にマット積層体7を重ねた乾式浮き床構造を備えたものとする。【選択図】図1
