To provide a draining member and a folded-plate roof capable of preventing water from infiltrating to a rear surface of the folded-plate roof member and achieving a longer service life of the folded-plate roof member.SOLUTION: A draining member 31 attached to a folded-plate roof member 11 configured by connecting alternatively aligned crest parts 21 and trough parts 22 in a width direction W through connecting parts 23, 24 is provided with: an installation piece 33 arranged at a tip of the trough part 22 in an extending direction T; and the draining piece 34 consecutively connected to the installation piece 33 and extendingly arranged downward from the trough part 22 in such a condition that the installation piece 33 is attached to the trough part 22.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
