FORMING METHOD OF BAG BODY WITH INFILLING MATERIALS, AND BAG BODY WITH INFILLING MATERIALS
To provide a forming method of a bag body with infilling materials which improves movement of infilling materials.SOLUTION: A forming method of a bag body with infilling materials forming the bag body with infilling materials B by filling infilling materials 1 inside comprises: providing a net body 2 which has openings 2A,2B open at one end 2X and the other end 2Y, and which is formed of a net-like soft member connecting the opening 2A of the one end 2X with the opening 2B of the other end 2Y, wherein the net body 2 comes into cylindrical shape when tensed so that the opening 2A of the one end 2X and the opening 2B of the other end 2Y are arranged to face each other; supporting the one end 2X of the net body 2 so that it is exposed to the outside through the opening 2B of the other end 2Y of the net body 2, while spreading the opening of the other end 2Y of the net body 2 to be supported on a frame body 5; then, filling the infilling material 1 via the opening 2B of the other end 2Y of the net body 2; and closing the opening 2B of the other end 2Y of the net body 2 with a mouth binding rope 3, to form the bag body with the infilling materials B.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
【課題】本発明の目的は、中詰め材の移動の改善を図った中詰め材入り袋体の形成方法を提供するものである。【解決手段】中詰め材入り袋体の形成方法は、内部に中詰め材１を充填して中詰め材入り袋体Ｂを形成する中詰め材入り袋体の形成方法であって、一端２Ｘ及び他端２Ｙが開口した開口部２Ａ、２Ｂを有し、一端２Ｘの開口部２Ａと他端２Ｙの開口部２Ｂを接続する腰のない網状部材で形成された網体２を備え、この網体２は、一端２Ｘの開口部２Ａと他端２Ｙの開口部２Ｂが対向するように緊張させると、筒形状をなすものであり、網体２の一端２Ｘが網体２の他端２Ｙの開口部２Ｂを通って外方に露出するように支持すると共に、網体２の他端２Ｙの開口部を広げて枠体５に支持させ、その後、網体２の他端２Ｙの開口部２Ｂを介して中詰め材１を充填し、充填後、網体２の他端２Ｙの開口部２Ｂを口縛りロープ３により閉じて、中詰め材入り袋体Ｂを形成するものである。【選択図】図５
