To provide an underwater structure with higher safety and more openness than previous ones and a construction method of the underwater structure.SOLUTION: An underwater structure is constructed by being provided with: a first structure body 1 in an outer peripheral wall shape raised upwardly above the water surface from a water bottom of a water area W and horizontally and continuously extended to form a closed space H in the water area W; and a second structure body 3 with a partial transparent part in an inner peripheral wall shape raised in the closed space H side at a predetermined space apart from the first structure body 1 and horizontally and continuously extended to form a water layer 2 in the closed space H between the first structure body 1 and the second structure body 3.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】従来よりも安全性が高く解放的な水中構造物及び水中構造物の施工方法を提供する。【解決手段】水域Ｗの水底から水面よりも上方に立設されるとともに横方向に連続的に延設され、水域Ｗ内に閉鎖空間Ｈを形成するための外周壁状の１次構造体１と、１次構造体１との閉鎖空間Ｈ側の間に所定の間隔をあけて立設されるとともに横方向に連続的に延設され、１次構造体１との閉鎖空間Ｈ側の間に水層２を形成するための内周壁状で少なくとも一部が透明の２次構造体３とを備えて構成する。【選択図】図１
