To provide a home delivery parcel storage lock device in which a home delivery parcel is safely stored regardless of its size and without requiring a key to unlock the home delivery parcel storage lock device, from which a receiver can easily receive the home delivery parcel, and which can be carried by a home delivery company.SOLUTION: A home delivery parcel storage locking device includes: home delivery parcel storage bags 2 having different sizes and made of singly or in combination of materials excellent in fire protection, waterproofness, strength and flexibility into which a home delivery parcel can be put; a home delivery parcel storage bag lock 1 whose mouth is closed for locking and which is made of materials excellent in fire protection, waterproofness and strength, and which is provided with password receipt registration verification unlocking means for unlocking with a password: reinforced ropes 5 and 6 for fixing both the bags to a building in a cite as a delivery destination, a fixing lock 3 and an auxiliary bracket 4.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
