FALLING PREVENTION TOOL OF PANEL BODY AND FIXING METHOD OF THE FALLING PREVENTION TOOL
To fix a falling prevention tool 8 on a ceiling rail 6 with a screw 8h, the falling prevention tool being provided with an abutting portion 8b abutting against an upper end edge of a panel body 1 so as to prevent the panel body 1 from coming off and falling from a column 2 due to upward movement, in the panel body 1 attached to the column 2 in the state that an upper end part of the panel body 1 is overlapped with the ceiling rail 6 provided on a ceiling surface C by engaging a slit 1a provided on the panel body 1 with a fitting metal locked to a locking hole 2b bored in the column 2.SOLUTION: After inserting, between the ceiling rail 6 and the panel body 1, one end side half portion 8d bent in an L shape from the abutting portion 8b before attaching the adjacent panel bodies 1 to the column 2, the other end side half portion 8e formed so as to escape outward in the right and left direction of the panel body 1 from the one end side half portion 8d is fixed to the ceiling rail 6 with the screw 8h, and most of the falling prevention tool 8 including the screw 8h is covered by the right and left panel bodies 1 assembled to the column 2.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
【課題】支柱２に穿設した係止孔２ｂに係止された取付け金具に、パネル体１に設けたスリット１ａを係合させることで、天井面Ｃに設けた天井レール６にパネル体１の上端部がオーバーラップする状態でパネル体１を支柱２に取付けたものにおいて、該パネル体１が上動することで支柱２から外れて脱落しないようにするためパネル体１の上端縁に当接する当接部８ｂが設けられた脱落防止具８を天井レール６にビス８ｈを介して固定する。【解決手段】隣接するパネル体１が支柱２に取付けられる前に、当接部８ｂからＬ字形に折曲された一端側半部８ｄを天井レール６とパネル体１との間に挿入した後、該一端側半部８ｄからパネル体の左右方向外方に抜け出るように形成された他端側半部８ｅをビス８ｈを介して天井レール６に固定するようにして、ビス８ｈを含んだ脱落防止具８の殆どが支柱２に組付けられる左右のパネル体１に覆蓋されるようにする。【選択図】図５
