To provide a tile that exhibits both functional expression and design of a functional coating composition and a method for producing the tile.SOLUTION: A tile 10 comprises a porous material 20, a glaze layer 30 dispersedly formed on the surface of the porous material 20, a functional coating material layer 40 formed on the surfaces of the porous material 20 and the glaze layer 30. A film thickness T of the functional coating material layer is 10 to 35% of the ratio of the glaze layer 30 to an average glaze thickness t. The film thickness T of the functional coating material layer 40 is preferably 2 to 5 μm.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】機能性塗料組成物の機能発現と意匠性とを両立したタイル及びタイルの製造方法を提供すること。【解決手段】タイル１０は、多孔質素材２０と、多孔質素材２０の表面に分散して形成される釉薬層３０と、多孔質素材２０及び釉薬層３０の表面に形成される機能性塗料層４０と、を備え、機能性塗料層の膜厚Ｔは、釉薬層３０の平均釉薬厚ｔに対する割合が、１０〜３５％である。機能性塗料層４０の膜厚Ｔは、２〜５μｍであることが好ましい。【選択図】図１
