EMERGENCY ASSEMBLY CARDBOARD JOINT FOR DISASTER
To solve the problem in which: in the prior art, since partition plates are assembled by reinforcement frames and connection belts, and the reinforcement frames are integrally formed, thus it takes a cost including an expense for metal mold; and the connection belts need to drill the partition plates to be passed therethrough, so that exclusive partition plates are needed, and therefore they are inconvenient and take high costs; and further various exclusive connection plates and tools to assemble the panel are needed and thus an exclusive metal mold for manufacturing them is needed, thereby increasing the cost.SOLUTION: An emergency assembly cardboard joint for disaster connects and assembles partitions by using emergency cardboard for disaster. A method for assembling the emergency assembly cardboard joint for disaster includes: providing folds to a rectangular sheet board; providing an outer fastening surface to an upper portion of the rectangular sheet board, and another outer fastening surface to a central right and left portion, consecutively; providing end contact surfaces at a constant interval independently to a lower portion of the rectangular sheet board; and providing inner fastening surfaces praced consecutively in the end contact surfaces.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】 従来技術として、間仕切り板を補強フレームや連結ベルトで組み立てており、補強フレームは一体成型してなるもので金型費用等、コストが掛かる。また、連結ベルトは、通すために孔を開けなくてはならず、専用の間仕切り板が必要となり、不便であり、かつコスト高になる。さらに、パネルを組立させる各種専用の接続板や器具が必要であり、製造するには専用の金型が必要であり、これもまたコスト高になるものである。【解決手段】 災害時における緊急用の段ボールにより組み立てられる間仕切りを連結して組み立てるもので、長方形状のシート板に、折り目を設け、上方に外側固定面を、中央左右に前記外側固定面に連設し、一定の隙間を設けて独立した端当接面を、下方に前記端当接面に連設した内側固定面を設けてなることを特徴とする。【選択図】図１
