To provide an opening operation unit that can electrically or manually protrude or retract in the same way.SOLUTION: A opening operating unit 10 comprises a handle 60 rotatably movable with respect to a casing 50 between at least a stepless position, a protruding position and an opening position, and a lever 100 which is pivotally connected to the handle 60 by at least one pivotal shaft 80 common to the handle 60, and an electric actuator 30 for controlling the rotation of the lever 100 between at least one protruding position and a non-protruding position. In particular, the opening operating unit comprises a biasing member connected to the protruding lever and configured to apply a force to return the lever towards the protruding position in the protruding rotation direction, and a means for blocking the lever in the non-protruding position. The blocking means can cooperate with the lever to release the lever when the handle is displaced in the rotation direction opposite to the protruding direction by applying externally pushing force to the handle.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
