To provide a new floor heating technology that enables easy and economical installation on a floor of an existing architectural structure using a film type heater, can increase further heating efficiency compared to a conventional type floor heating device, greatly reduces heat energy loss to the underfloor without increasing a usage amount of a heat insulation material for the underfloor, and can surely prevent dew condensation on the underfloor.SOLUTION: A floor heating device 1 of an architectural structure 10 is such that: intervals between a plurality of floor joists 11 are filled with heat insulation materials 13; backing plate layers 12 are provided on the plurality of floor joists; a plurality of film type heaters 2,2,... are laid on a desired area of the backing plate layers 12 by arranging so as not to be overlapped on each other; and flooring finishing material layers 16 are laid on the plurality of film type heaters 2,2,... in a laminate state by sandwiching each of the film type heaters 2,2,... between the flooring finishing material layers 16 and the backing plate layers 12.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】フィルム型ヒーターを用いて既存建築物の床にも容易且つ経済的に設置することができ、しかも従来型の床暖房装置に比較して、より暖房効率を高めることができる上、床下の断熱材の使用量を増大せずとも床下への熱エネルギー損失を大幅に低減し、床下の結露をより確実に防止可能とする新たな床暖房技術を提供する。【解決手段】複数本の根太11間に断熱材13が充填され、複数本の根太上の下地板層12が設けられ、該下地板層12上の所望面積に、フィルム型ヒーター2,2,……の複数枚が、互いに重なり合わない配置となるよう敷設され、複数枚のフィルム型ヒーター2,2,……上には、床仕上げ材層16が、同床仕上げ材層16と当該下地板層12との上下間に、各フィルム型ヒーター2,2,……を挟み込み、積層状に敷設されてなるものとしたこと建築物10の床暖房装置1である。【選択図】図2
