PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat-ray reflecting light transmissive substrate excellent in abrasion resistance, and a heat-ray reflecting window having the heat-ray reflecting light transmissivity substrate.SOLUTION: A heat-ray reflecting light transmissive substrate 10 includes a light transmissive substrate 11, a hard coat layer 12 arranged on one face of the light transmissive substrate 11, and a transparent conductive oxide layer 13 containing a transparent conductive oxide arranged on the hard coat layer 12. The heat-ray reflecting light transmissive substrate 10 includes the transparent conductive oxide layer 13 containing, as the transparent conductive oxide, one or more kinds selected from an indium oxide with one or more kinds selected from Sn, Ti, W, Mo, Zn and H doped, a tin oxide with one or more kinds selected from Sb, In, Ta, Cl and F doped, and a zinc oxide with one or more kinds selected from In, Al, Sn, Ga, F and B doped.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
