PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an opening/closing adjustment device for a vehicle door, which enables a user to easily perform an operation until re-moving the vehicle door after stopping the vehicle door in an arbitrary intermediate position.SOLUTION: An opening/closing adjustment device 10 for a vehicle door, which can be used in combination with a damper part 20 for openably/closably holding a back door 6 serving as the vehicle door, comprises: the damper part 20; an operation member 11 enabling a stop operation and a stop release operation; and an adjustment part 30 which locks the back door 6, held in an arbitrary intermediate position P3 between a full close position P1 and a full open position P2 by the damper part 20, only with respect to an open direction in association with the stop operation of the operation member 11, and which releases the lock in association with the stop release operation of the operation member 11.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
