ADMIXTURE FOR SALT DAMAGE PREVENTION AND CEMENT COMPOSITION USING THE SAME
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an admixture which is a means for preventing durability deterioration by salt damage of mortar/concrete, dispenses with special treatment, and can apply high chloride ion osmosis resistance to the mortar/concrete by use of a comparatively small amount only by mixing.SOLUTION: An admixture for salt damage prevention contains amorphous aluminosilicate which contains 40-50 mass% of AlOand 45-55 mass% of SiOas chemical components, and has an FeOconversion content of Fe of 3.0 mass% or less and a content ratio of particles with a particle diameter of 0.1 μm or more and 7 μm or less of 50 vol% or more, as an active ingredient.SELECTED DRAWING: None
【課題】モルタル・コンクリートの塩害による耐久性劣化を防ぐための手段であって、特別な処理も必要とせず、単に混和するだけで、しかも比較的少量の使用で、高い塩化物イオン浸透抵抗性をモルタル・コンクリートに付与することが可能な混和材の提供。【解決手段】化学成分としてAl2O3を40〜50質量%とSiO2を45〜55質量%含み、鉄のFe2O3換算含有量が3.0質量%以下であり、かつ粒子径0.1μm以上7μm以下の粒子の含有割合が50体積%以上である非晶質アルミノシリケートを有効成分とする塩害防止用混和材。【選択図】なし
