ROAD SURFACE REFLECTING TYPE DELINEATOR DEVICE AND ROAD SURFACE REFLECTING TYPE DELINEATOR METHOD
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a road surface reflecting type delineator device and road surface reflecting type delineator method which allows a driver of a vehicle to clearly recognize a line sign even from a distance without increasing the output of a laser light source.SOLUTION: A road surface reflecting type delineator device 1 comprises: a laser light source 2 for irradiating a line shaped laser light 51 which projects a line sign 5 on a road surface; and a device body 3 for storing the laser light source. In a state where the device body is installed on a support body P with a fitting tool 4 and the line sign is on an outer line 6 or in the vicinity of the outer line, an optical axis 52 of the line shaped laser light is directed obliquely downward from above the outer side of the outer line and irradiated toward a direction opposite to a travelling direction of a vehicle so as to be projected along the length direction of the outer line at a position P3 shifted toward the direction opposite to the traveling direction of the vehicle from a road width direction just front position P2 of the device body installation position P1; allowing a vehicle driver to recognize the line sign by the reflected light of the line shaped laser light from the road surface.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】レーザー光源の出力を高くすることなく、車両運転者が遠くからでもライン標示を明瞭に認識することが可能な路面反射式視線誘導装置及び路面反射式視線誘導方法を提供する。【解決手段】路面反射式視線誘導装置１は、路面上にライン標示５が投影されるライン状レーザー光５１を照射するレーザー光源２、レーザー光源が格納された装置本体３を備える。装置本体が取付け具４によって支持体Ｐに設置された状態にあって前記ライン標示が外側線６上又は外側線近傍において装置本体設置位置Ｐ１の道幅方向真正面位置Ｐ２から車両の進行方向逆方向側にずれた位置Ｐ３にて外側線の長さ方向に沿って投影されるように、ライン状レーザー光の光軸５２を外側線の外側の上方から斜め下方に向け、且つ車両の進行方向逆方向側に向けて照射して、路面からの前記ライン状レーザー光の反射光により前記ライン標示を車両運転者に認識させる構成とする。【選択図】図１
