PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a column member and a beam member comprising a fixed part which can be easily fixed by combining the beam member having a different beam cross section and the column member and which can enhance the patterning and efficiency of the design of a column-beam fixing part of the beam member and the column member, and to provide a builing using the same.SOLUTION: A column member 30 according to the present invention is the column member 30 capable of fixing an end portion of a beam member 40, and comprises a first hole group 32A1 composed of a plurality of holes capable of fixing an upper portion of the end portion of the beam member 40 and a second hole group 32A2 composed of a plurality of holes capable of fixing a lower portion of the end portion of the beam member 40, in which at least one of the first hole group 32A1 and the second hole group 32A2 has three or more holes arranged at intervals of integral multiples of a predetermined distance in the longitudinal direction of the column member 30.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
