MANUFACTURING METHOD OF ZEOLITE EXTRUSION MOLDED BODY
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a zeolite extrusion molded body that is excellent in compressive strength.SOLUTION: The manufacturing method of a zeolite extrusion molded body is characterized in including the following processes (1)-(4): (1) preparing a clay by mixing zeolite, silica, plasticizer and solvent; (2) preparing a molding composition by adding organic acid to the clay, (3) extrusion-molding the molding composition after coating the inside of an extrusion molding machine with a lubricant; and (4) firing the obtained extrusion molded body at the temperature of 400-1,000°C.SELECTED DRAWING: None
【課題】圧縮強度に優れたゼオライト押出成型体を製造する方法を提供する。【解決手段】下記工程(1)〜(4)を有することを特徴とするゼオライト押出成型体の製造方法。(1)ゼオライト、シリカ、可塑剤、および溶媒を混合して粘土を調製し、(2)前記粘土に有機酸を添加して成型用組成物を調製し、(3)押出成型機の内部に滑剤をコートした後に前記成型用組成物を押出成型し、(4)得られた押出成型体を400〜1000℃の温度で焼成する。【選択図】なし
