PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminated sheet having high waterproofness while being lightweight.SOLUTION: A laminated sheet is obtained by laminating an intermediate layer containing a resin on at least one surface of a waterproof layer containing asphalt, and further laminating a fiber layer being a fiber structure on the intermediate layer. The fiber structure may be a hydrophobic non-woven fabric (in particular, polypropylene-based long fiber non-woven fabric) having a plurality of embossed recessed parts at a waterproof layer side. The intermediate layer may contain a polyolefin-based resin. An average thickness of the waterproof layer may be 0.5 mm or less. The waterproof layer may be a structure containing no fiber structure. A unit area mass of the laminated sheet may be 0.9 kg/mor less. In the laminated sheet, an intermediate layer and a fiber layer may be laminated on both surfaces of the waterproof layer. The laminated sheet may be a roof underlayment material.SELECTED DRAWING: None
