CEMENT MORTAL/CONCRETE COMPOSITION AND PRODUCTION METHOD THEREFOR
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cement mortal/concrete composition that exhibits sufficient strength under a normal temperature of about 20°C, has excellent hydration activity and shows good quick-hardening performance and at the same time can suppress occurrence of an initial shrinkage crack due to self-shrinkage and a production method therefor.SOLUTION: A cement mortal/concrete composition includes (1) a cement composition which contains 5 to 40 mass% of CA-based mineral and 0.5 to 1.0 mass% of an alkali sulfate compound (in terms of sodium sulfate), has a mass ratio of lithium carbonate content (in terms of lithium)/CA-based mineral phase content of 0.05 to 3 (mass%), a mass ratio of calcium salt content (in terms of calcium hydroxide)/CA-based mineral phase content of 3 to 40 (mass%) and a mass ratio of gypsum content (in terms of anhydrous gypsum)/CA-based mineral phase content of 0.6 to 1.4 and has a crystallite diameter of CA-based mineral phase of 150 to 500 nm and a lattice constant of 11.940 to 11.975Å as measured by X-ray diffraction, (2) a gluconate and (3) tartaric acid or a tartrate, and contains 0.05 to 0.6 mass% in outer percentage of a gluconate (in terms of gluconic acid) and 0.05 to 0.6 mass% in outer percentage of tartaric acid or a tartrate based on the mass of the cement composition.SELECTED DRAWING: None
【課題】 20℃程度の常温下において十分な強度を発現し、水和活性が優れて良好な急硬性能を示すとともに、自己収縮による初期収縮ひび割れの発生を抑制することができる、セメントセメントモルタル・コンクリート組成物及びその製造方法を提供する。【解決手段】 セメントモルタル・コンクリート組成物は、(1)C12A7系鉱物を5〜40質量%、硫酸アルカリ化合物(硫酸ナトリウム換算)を0.5〜1.0質量%含み、炭酸リチウム(リチウム換算)/C12A7系鉱物相の含有量の質量比が0.05〜3(質量%)、カルシウム塩(水酸化カルシウム換算)/C12A7系鉱物相の含有量の質量比が3〜40(質量%)、石膏(無水石膏換算)/C12A7系鉱物相の含有量の質量比が0.6〜1.4であり、X線回折で測定したC12A7系鉱物相の結晶子径が150〜500nmで格子定数が11.940〜11.975Åであるセメント組成物、(2)グルコン酸塩及び(3)酒石酸又は酒石酸塩を含み、前記セメント組成物の質量に対して、グルコン酸塩(グルコン酸換算)を外割で0.05〜0.6質量%及び前記酒石酸又は酒石酸塩(酒石酸換算)を外割で0.05〜0.6質量%含む、セメントモルタル・コンクリート組成物である。【選択図】 なし
