PRECAST CONCRETE BEAM MEMBER CONNECTION METHOD
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a beam main reinforcement to be quickly and definitely connected in an on-site connection work of precast concrete members.SOLUTION: In a precast concrete beam member connection method, precast concrete beam members A and B are connected by: making screw-knotted reinforcement 22 protrude in a concave part at a position to arrange the screw-knotted reinforcement 22 on a beam end surface of the beam member B; orienting a first beam end joint part at which protruding screw-knotted reinforcement 22 is screwed with a reinforcement joint coupler 10 and held in the concave part, and a second beam end joint part at which a joint reinforcement 21 protrudes in a concave part including the joint reinforcement 21 of the beam member A to be connected with the beam member B so as to face each other; and moving a part of the reinforcement joint coupler 10 from the concave part of the beam member B to a position where the joint reinforcement 21 of the beam member A is stored inside. The beam member A and the beam member B are connected with each other by filling a hardener in the concave parts of the first beam end joint part and the second beam end joint part.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】プレキャストコンクリート部材の現場接合作業において、梁主筋を迅速かつ確実に接合する。【解決手段】 プレキャストコンクリート製の梁部材Bと梁部材Aとを接合する接合方法であって、梁部材Bの梁端面のねじ節鉄筋22の配筋位置に凹所内にねじ節鉄筋22を突出させ、突出したねじ節鉄筋22に鉄筋継手カプラー10を螺合させて凹所内に収容させた第1の梁端接合部と、梁部材Bと接合される梁部材Aの接合鉄筋21を含む凹所内に接合鉄筋21を突出させた第2の梁端接合部とを対峙させ、鉄筋継手カプラー10の一部を、梁部材Bの凹所内から梁部材Aの接合鉄筋21をその内部に収容する位置まで移動させる。第1の梁端接合部と第2の梁端接合部の凹所内に硬化材を充填することで梁部材Aと梁部材Bとを接合する。【選択図】 図1
