REPAIR METHOD FOR FIBER-REINFORCED PLASTIC LIQUID STORAGE TANK

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve bonding force.SOLUTION: A repair method for an FRP liquid storage tank is a method for repairing a corroded or deteriorated surface portion of FRP and includes: a polishing process of polishing the surface portion; a solvent application process of applying a solvent composed mainly of dichloromethane to the surface portion to melt resin in the surface portion; and a scratching process of scratching the surface portion by using a tool to float fibers of the surface portion. The repair method further includes: a washing process of washing the surface portion with water to remove residual substances including dichloromethane, a penetrant deprived of a chemical solution and molten resin; a primer application process of applying a primer to the surface portion; and a bonding process of bonding a bonded object to the surface portion to which the primer has been applied by using an adhesive.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1

【課題】接着力の向上を図ることができる。【解決手段】ＦＲＰ製貯液槽の補修方法は、ＦＲＰの腐食または劣化した表面部分を補修する方法であり、上記表面部分に対して研磨を行う研磨工程と、上記表面部分に対してジクロロメタンを主成分とする溶媒を塗布することにより上記表面部分の樹脂を溶かす溶媒塗布工程と、治具を用いて上記表面部分を引っ掻くことにより、上記表面部分の繊維を浮き上がらせる引っ掻き工程とを備える。また、当該補修方法は、上記表面部分を水洗いにて洗浄することによりジクロロメタン、薬液に由来する浸透液、及び溶けた樹脂を含む残留物を除去する洗浄工程と、上記表面部分に対してプライマーを塗布するプライマー塗布工程と、プライマーが塗布された上記表面部分に対して被接着物を接着剤により接着する接着工程とを備える。【選択図】図１
