PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a base-isolated building having a flood prevention structure which is not affected by a water amount when a building periphery is flooded and has a simple constitution, the flood prevention structure never having a base isolating function hindered.SOLUTION: A base-isolated building comprises a foundation part 20 structured in the ground, a building body 10 provided above the foundation part, a base-isolation layer 30 provided between the foundation part and building body, a base-isolation device 40 provided in the base-isolation layer, and a floor prevention structure 50 provided in the base-isolation layer, in which the floor prevention structure has a plate 53, a hinge 52 coupling one end of the plate rotatably with the foundation part, a seal member 54 provided at the other end of the plate, and a floating body 55 enabling the seal member to be supported on water by buoyancy.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】 建物周辺が浸水した際の水量の影響を受けない簡易な構成の浸水防止構造であって、免震機能を阻害することのない浸水防止構造を有する免震建物を提供する。【解決手段】 地盤中に構築された基礎部２０と、基礎部の上方に設けられた建物本体１０と、基礎部と建物本体との間に設けられた免震層３０と、免震層に設けられた免震装置４０と、免震層に設けられた浸水防止構造５０と、を備えた免震建物において、浸水防止構造は、プレート５３と、プレートの一方端を基礎部に回動自在に連結するヒンジ５２と、プレートの他方端に設けられたシール部材５４と、浮力によってシール部材を水上に支持可能とする浮体５５と、を有する。【選択図】図２
