FLOOR CONSTRUCTION METHOD, FLOOR SLAB UNIT LIFTING DEVICE, AND HANGER FOR FLOOR SLAB UNIT
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently and safely convey a floor slab unit to a floor construction floor of a building.SOLUTION: A floor slab unit 3 assembled by joining a plurality of reinforcement truss-attached deck plates 1 having end members fitted to both end parts of reinforcement trusses 11 is lifted by a lifting device having a hanger 5, and carried from the ground to a floor construction floor of a building to construct a floor. The hanger 5 consists of at least two hanging tools 50a, 50b. The hanging tools 50a, 50b each comprise: a support frame 51 which has a length corresponding to a width of the floor slab unit 3; a coupling part 56 which is provided to the support frame 51 and can be coupled to a lower end of a wire drooped from a traverser of the lifting device; and a plurality of hook-like engagement pieces 6 which are provided to the support frame 51 to project downward, and engaged laterally with top reinforcements 13 of the respective reinforcement trusses 11 of the floor slab unit 3.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 8
【課題】床版ユニットを効率良くかつ安全に建築物の床施工階へ搬送する。【解決手段】鉄筋トラス11の両端部に端部材が取り付けられた鉄筋トラス付きデッキプレート1を複数連ねて組み立てた床版ユニット3を、吊り具5を有する吊上げ装置により吊り上げて地上から建築物の床施工階へ搬送して床を施工する。吊り具5は、少なくとも2個の吊り治具50a,50bよりなる。各吊り治具50a,50bは、床版ユニット3の幅に対応する長さを有する支持フレーム51と、支持フレーム51に設けられ吊上げ装置のトラバーサーより垂下させたワイヤーの下端に連結が可能な連結部56と、支持フレーム51に下方へ突出するように設けられ床板ユニット3の各鉄筋トラス11の上端筋13にそれぞれ側方より係合させる複数個の鉤形の係合片6とを備える。【選択図】図8
