FREEZING PIPE AND FREEZING METHOD
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a freezing pipe and a freezing method which can freeze to the region of the tip of the freezing pipe without welding the freezing pipes to each other.SOLUTION: In the present invention, a boring hole is drilled while injecting drilling water (W) by using a drilling rod (10) composed of a plurality of rods, a drilling water flow path (4) and a coolant flow path (5) are switched by a valve mechanism (3) provided near the tip of the drilling rod (10), the drilling rod (10) remains on the ground to be frozen, a seamless coolant supply pipe (6) is inserted into the drilling rod (10), after the coolant supply pipe (6) is inserted, the drilling rod (10) functions as a freezing pipe (10), and supplies the coolant (R) from the coolant supply pipe (6), and the supplied coolant (R) is supplied to the tip of the freezing pipe (10).SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
【課題】凍結管同士を溶接せず、凍結管先端の領域まで凍結することが出来る凍結管及び凍結工法の提供。【解決手段】本発明では、複数のロッドから構成された削孔ロッド(10)を用いて削孔水(W)を噴射しつつボーリング孔を削孔し、削孔ロッド(10)の先端近傍に設けた弁機構(3)により削孔水流路(4)と冷媒流路(5)を切り替え、削孔ロッド(10)を凍結するべき地盤に残存し、削孔ロッド(10)内に継ぎ目のない冷媒供給管(6)を挿入し、冷媒供給管(6)が挿入された後は削孔ロッド(10)は凍結管(10)として機能し、冷媒供給管(6)から冷媒(R)を供給し、供給された冷媒(R)が凍結管(10)先端まで供給される。【選択図】図3
