Grooves 106 and 206 having substantially arcuate sectional shapes are formed on the front surface of the rear portion part P2 and the rear surface of a hook lever 2 as attachment parts of a spring mechanism 3. The spring mechanism 3 is configured to include a pair coil spring receiving members 31 made of a synthetic resin material disposed so as to be movable in an inclination manner in the respective grooves 106 and 206 that are formed to have a semi-circular cross-section and a coil spring 32 whose both ends are engaged with the respective spring receiving members 31 and which is disposed in a compression manner between the rear portion part P2 and the hook lever 2.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 10
