PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an auxiliary handrail which can be safely used even for elderly people or the like having weak grip strength by preventing a hand from sliding down from the tip end portion.SOLUTION: An auxiliary handrail 1 is provided in a state in which the proximal end side is an attachment portion 2 to be attached to a wall surface or a strut member A, while the distal end side is a free end and is protruded from the wall surface or the strut member A, and comprises: a handrail main body 4; and a sliding prevention part 5 provided at the tip of the handrail main body 4 for preventing a hand of a user placed on the handrail main body 4 from sliding down from the tip of the handrail main body 4.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
【課題】先端部からの手の滑落を防止して、握力の弱い高齢者等であっても安全に使用することのできる補助手摺を提供する。【解決手段】基端側が壁面又は支柱部材Ａに取着される取着部２とされる一方先端側が自由端とされ、壁面又は支柱部材Ａから張り出した状態で設けられる補助手摺１であって、手摺本体４と、この手摺本体４の先端に設けられ、手摺本体４に置かれた使用者の手が手摺本体４の先端から滑落するのを防止する滑落防止部５と、を備えた構成とした。【選択図】図３
