DISK TUMBLER LOCK, AND KEY FOR DISK TUMBLER LOCK
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a disk tumbler lock and a key for the disk tumbler lock that can achieve further prevention of picking and an increase in the number of different keys.SOLUTION: A movable obstacle piece Z is divided into two in a state where the two are opposite, and has a guided part formed slantingly at a part of each facing surface on its inner end side. A tumbler guide cut of a duplicate key Y is a first cut in the shape of a recess that is formed on one side of the upper surface of the plane part of a blade from a lateral part in the blade width direction, and a second cut in the shape of a recess that is formed on one side of the lower surface of a plane part corresponding to substantially the back position of the first cut. When the blade of the duplicate key Y is inserted into a key hole, each of the two-divided movable obstacle pieces Z are resistant to spring force of tumbler springs 42 and are guided by a pair of guide rods in the same direction. Also, the guided part of the movable obstacle piece Z engages with the tumbler guide cut of the duplicate key Y, and this causes each unlocking reception recess 48 on an outer end side of the two-divided movable obstacle piece to match an engagement plate part 12b on an inner end side of a locking bar 12.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 11
【課題】より一層のピッキングの防止と鍵違いの増大化を図る、ディスクタンブラー錠及び該ディスクタンブラー錠用の鍵を提供する。【解決手段】可動障害子Zは対向状態に二分割され、その内端部側の各対向面の一部に傾斜状に形成された被誘導部分を有し、合鍵Yのタンブラー用誘導刻みは、ブレードの平面部の一側上面に側面部からブレード幅方向に形成された窪み状の第1刻みと、この第1刻みのほぼ裏側位置に相当する平面部の一側下面に形成された窪み状の第2刻みであり、合鍵Yのブレードをキー孔に挿入すると、二分割の可動障害子Zは、それぞれタンブラーバネ42のバネ力に抗して、かつ一対のガイド棒にそれぞれ同じ方向に案内されると共に、可動障害子Zの被誘導部分が合鍵Yのタンブラー用誘導刻みに係合し、これにより二分割された可動障害子の外端部側の各解錠用受け入れ凹所48が、ロッキングバー12の内端部側の係合板部分12bと一致する。【選択図】図11
