PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a clay roof tile which can be easily manufactured and is excellent in appearance.SOLUTION: A clay roof tile 10 includes a clay base material 20 and a Kibushi-clay base material 30. The clay base material 20 is composed of clay for roof tile and is formed in a roof tile shape. The Kibushi-clay base material 30 contains 90 mass% or more Kibushi-clay, and is arranged in at least a part of the clay base material 20. The clay base material 20 has a convex tile shape with string having a string part, and the Kibushi-clay base material 30 may be arranged in the string part. The clay base material 20 has a sealing strip roof tile shape having a sealing strip part, and the Kibushi-clay base material 30 may be arranged in the sealing strip part. The Kibushi-clay base material 30 may be composed of Kibushi-clay and 1 mass% to 10 mass% of a titanium-based pigment. The Kibushi-clay base material 30 may be composed of Kibushi-clay and 1 mass% to 10 mass% of a manganese aluminum-based pigment. The Kibushi-clay base material 30 may be composed of Kibushi-clay and 1 mass% to 10 mass% of a chromium-based pigment. The Kibushi-clay base material 30 may be composed of Kibushi-clay and 1 mass% to 10 mass% of a cobalt-based pigment.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
