PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a uniting structure of wood, which can inexpensively and easily materialize a uniting portion with high durability by a tenon and a mortise, without impairing an appearance, with a high construction property, by reducing influences such as the difference of strength of wood, variations in construction, a load to the uniting portion after construction and the like, and extracting the hardness of the wood as much as possible.SOLUTION: In a uniting structure of wood, while a tenon 6 is fitted in a mortise 8, by driving a head portion 12b of a pin 12 from one opening side of pin holes 10a to 10c, the pin 12 penetrates at least a part of the tenon 6 on at least at part of the mortise 8. By making a tip end portion 12a of the pin 12 reach to the other opening side of the pin holes 10a and 10c, pin uniting 14a to 14c is made. The pin 12 has a peripheral groove 30 decreasing an effective cross-sectional diameter of the pin 12 on a peripheral surface 12d formed between the tip end portion 12a and a head portion 12b.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
【課題】木材の強度の相違、施工のばらつき、施工後の結合部への負荷等の影響を低減し、木材の有する強度を最大限に引き出すことにより、ほぞ及びほぞ穴による高耐力の結合部を安価且つ容易に、美観を損なうことなく、且つ、高い施工性で実現することができる、木材の結合構造を提供する。【解決手段】木材の結合構造は、ほぞ穴8にほぞ6を嵌合した状態で、ピン孔10a〜10cの一方開口側からピン12の頭部12bを打ち込むことにより、ほぞ穴8の少なくとも一部においてピン12がほぞ6の少なくとも一部を貫通し、ピン12の先端部12aをピン孔10a〜10cの他方開口側に至らしめることでピン結合14a〜14cを形成し、ピン12は、先端部12aと頭部12bとの間に形成される周面12dに、ピン12の有効断面径を減じる周溝30を有する。【選択図】図3
