MACHINE PARKING DEVICE REPLACEMENT METHOD AND REPLACEMENT TYPE MACHINE PARKING DEVICE
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a machine parking device replacement method and a replacement type machine parking device which are possible to relatively easily update an existing vertical circulation type machine parking device as a new machine parking device without major structural changes.SOLUTION: A suspension structure is formed so as to receive loads of elevating guide rails 10A, 10B and suspending columns 11A, 11B by using driving part receiving parts 2A, 2B at the same position as an existing driving part receiving part suspending a main constituent element in an existing vertical circulation type machine parking device. A plurality of stages of transverse rails 14A to 14N are fixed so as to form a plurality of stages of storage spaces in the longitudinal direction of the elevating guide rails 10A, 10B and the suspending columns 11A, 11B. A slide type turntable 21, which is provided with a tray portion 23 capable of laterally moving in a direction of correcting a misalignment of an up-and-down direction center in the existing vertical circulation type machine parking device caused by positions of the elevating guide rails 10A, 10B, is installed on a floor part in the vicinity of a doorway 17 outside a parking lot building.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7
【課題】 従来の垂直循環式機械駐車装置を大掛かりの構造変更を行うことなく、比較的容易に新たな機械駐車装置として更新することができるようにした機械駐車装置リプレース方法およびリプレース型機械駐車装置を提供する。【解決手段】 既存の垂直循環式機械駐車装置で前記主要構成要素を吊り下げていた既存の駆動部受部と同じ位置の駆動部受部2A,2Bで、昇降ガイドレール10A,10Bおよび吊柱11A,11Bの荷重を受けるように吊り構造とし、昇降ガイドレール10A,10Bおよび吊柱11A,11Bの長手方向に、複数段の格納スペースをそれぞれ形成するように複数段の横行レール14A〜14Nを固定し、駐車場建屋外部における出入口17近傍の床部に、昇降ガイドレール10A,10Bの位置によって生じた既存の垂直循環式機械駐車装置における昇降方向の中心との間のずれを補正する方向に横移動可能なトレー部23を備えたスライド式ターンテーブル21を設置した。【選択図】図7
