PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To set a space part between an outer panel body of a spandrel part and a skeleton structure as a display device arrangement part, and to improve the workability of the display exchange work of a display device and maintenance work when arranging the display device at the display device arrangement part, in a building having an outer wall having a window part in which the outer panel body opposes a dwelling space and the spandrel part in which the outer wall panel body opposes the skeleton structure.SOLUTION: A display device 13 comprises a display panel 35 in which a display such as a figure, a symbol or the like is displayed, and a frame main body part 37X into which the display panel 35 is assembled, and the display panel 35 is assembled into the frame main body part 37X from a dwelling space side in a state that the frame main body part 37X is kept to be arranged at the display device arrangement part 14.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7
【課題】外壁パネル体が居住空間に対向する窓部と、外壁パネル体が躯体構造物に対向するスパンドレル部とを設けた外壁を備えた建物において、スパンドレル部の外壁パネル体と躯体構造物との間の空間部を表示装置配設部とし、該表示装置配設部に表示装置を配設するにあたり、表示装置の表示交換作業やメンテナンス作業の作業性向上を図る。【解決手段】表示装置１３を、文字、図柄等の表示がなされた表示パネル３５と、該表示パネル３５が組込まれる枠本体部３７Ｘとを備えて構成するとともに、枠本体部３７Ｘを表示装置配設部１４に配設したままの状態で、表示パネル３５を居住空間側から枠本体部３７Ｘに組込み、組外し自在に構成した。【選択図】図７
