PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a joint structure of a structural skeleton for a wooden building and the woody building that does not cause serious damage to a joint fitting even if a large tensile force is generated between the structural skeleton and a foundation or between a column and a woody structure skeleton, and that can be improved a tension performance of the structural skeleton.SOLUTION: A male screw part 27b formed in a bolt 27 embedded in the wall panel W in a state in which the wall panel W is installed on a top plate 14 of the column base metal fitting 13 is protruded downward from the top plate 14 from the through hole 18 formed in the top plate 14. A nut 32 is screwed onto the outer periphery of the male screw part 27b and the pipe 21 is tightened in the top plate 14 direction by the axial movement of the screw action of the nut 32 in a state in which the pipe 21 is disposed between the nut 32 and the top plate 14 via a washer 29.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 8
【課題】構造躯体と基礎との間あるいは柱と木質系構造躯体である横架材との間に大きな引っ張り力が発生しても、接合金具に大きな損傷を与えることなく、かつ構造躯体の引っ張り性能を向上させることができる木造建築物の構造躯体の接合構造及び木造建築物を提供すること。【解決手段】柱脚用金具13の天板14上に壁パネルWが設置された状態で、壁パネルWに埋設されたボルト27に形成された雄ネジ部27bが天板14に形成された透孔18から天板14の下方に突出させられている。雄ネジ部27b外周にはナット32が螺着され、ナット32と天板14の間にワッシャ29を介してパイプ21が配置された状態でナット32のネジ作用による軸方向移動によってパイプ21を天板14方向に締め付けるようにしている。【選択図】図8
