DRILLING GUIDE DEVICE AND METHOD OF DRILLING GUIDE HOLE
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drilling guide device and a method of drilling an anchor hole capable of drilling an anchor hole in the center position of a square frame with precision even by an operator without any skilled technique.SOLUTION: A drilling guide device 30 is equipped with a guide plate 31 having a dimension capable of coming into contact with a surface 21a of a square frame 21, and a retaining spring 35 to be interposed between the guide plate 31 and a drill machine 40. The guide plate 31 is provided at the center thereof with a guide hole 32, and on the periphery thereof with a plurality of locking nails 33 capable of coming into contact with a side surface 21b of the square frame 21 so as to bring the guide plate 31 into contact with the surface 21a of the square frame 21, and also lock the plurality of locking nails 33 to the side surface 21b of the adjacent peripheral square frame 21 to position the guide plate 31. While pressing the guide plate 31 against the square frame 21 by means of a spring force of the retaining spring 35 externally mounted to a bit 42, the bit 42 is guided to the guide hole 32 of the guide plate 31 to drill an anchor hole in the center of the square frame.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】熟練技術を持たない作業者でも升目枠の中心位置にアンカー孔を正確に穿孔できる穿孔ガイド装置およびアンカー孔の穿孔方法を提供すること。【解決手段】穿孔ガイド装置30は升目枠21の表面21aに当接可能な寸法を有するガイド板31と、ガイド板31とドリル機40の間に介装される押えバネ35とを具備し、ガイド板31の中心にガイド孔32を有すると共に、その周縁部に升目枠21の側面21bに当接可能な複数の係止爪33を有し、ガイド板31を升目枠21の表面21aに当接させると共に、複数の係止爪33を隣り合う周囲の升目枠21の側面21bに係止させてガイド板31を位置決めし、ビット42に外装した押えバネ35のバネ力でガイド板31を升目枠21に押し付けながら、ガイド板31のガイド孔32にビット42を案内して升目枠の中心にアンカー孔を穿孔する。【選択図】図1
