PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a concrete member which can be easily disposed, and has a wheel block part and an entry restriction part that restricts vehicle traveling.SOLUTION: A concrete member includes an embedded part 2 embedded in underground, a wheel block part 3 that is erected upward from one end part 2a of the embedded part 2, a rising part 4 that is erected upward from other end part 2b of the embedded part 2, and an entry restriction part 6 that restricts vehicle traveling from the side of the embedded part 2 on the upper portion of the rising part 4. The embedded part 2, the wheel block part 3, and the rising part 4 are integrally molded by using precast concrete.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
