DURABLE SILICA GROUT AND GROUND IMPROVEMENT METHOD USING DURABLE SILICA GROUT
To realize quantitative evaluation on durability by integrating injection material, construction method, management method, and the like and to provide reliable durable ground improvement corresponding to the purpose of injection.SOLUTION: Provided is durable silica grout having a pH of 1 to 10, which is used in a durable ground improvement method where ground improvement is performed by injecting a silica injection liquid into the ground, where the silica injection liquid contains as active ingredients any one or a plurality of silica colloid or liquid glass and, as a reactant, any one or a plurality of acid or salt and, when the silica injection liquid is constituted of colloid, water glass, and an acid, the silica grout is selected from compositions having a ratio of silica concentration due to the silica colloid to silica concentration due to water glass of 100:0 to 0:100, a silica concentration of 0.4 to 30 wt%, a silica mole ratio of 3.0 to 100, and a gel time of flash setting to 10000 minutes. A formulation which satisfies durability corresponding to the purpose of injection is selected from the above ranges.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
【課題】注入材、施工法、管理方法等を統合して耐久性に関する定量的評価を実現し、注入目的に対応した信頼性のある耐久性地盤改良を提供する。【解決手段】シリカ注入液を地盤中に注入することにより地盤改良を行う耐久性地盤改良工法に使用するpHが1〜10の耐久性シリカグラウトであって、該シリカ注入液はシリカコロイド又は水ガラスのいずれか1種又は複数種と、反応剤として酸或いは塩のいずれか1種或いは複数種を有効成分とし、該シリカ注入液がコロイドと水ガラスと酸からなる場合は該シリカコロイドに起因するシリカ濃度と水ガラスに起因するシリカ濃度の比率は100:0〜0:100、かつシリカ濃度は0.4〜30wt%、シリカのモル比は3.0〜100、ゲル化時間は瞬結から10000分の配合から選定したシリカグラウトであって、注入目的に応じた耐久性が得られる処方を上記範囲内で選定する。【選択図】図3
