UPPER SUSPENSION TYPE SLIDING DOOR DEVICE AND TRAVELING RAIL USED FOR UPPER SUSPENSION TYPE SLIDING DOOR DEVICE
To provide an upper suspension type sliding door device which enables easy attaching work at a site with a door body dropped on a floor surface and pushed in the wall surface to be closed, and a traveling rail used for the device.SOLUTION: An upper suspension type sliding door device 1 has a traveling rail 10 with an inclined rail part 11, which descends toward the closing direction of a door body 30 and moves closer to a wall surface 100, and a suspension wheel 40 with a traveling roller 41 which is movable on a traveling rail roller receiving part 12 of the traveling rail 10. The traveling rail 10 has a traveling rail sliding part 14 which is formed so as to be slidable to a rail support member 200, which fixes the traveling rail 10 at a predetermined position, in the direction of the door body 30 opening/closing. The traveling rail 10 consists of the traveling rail sliding part 14 which is formed so as to be slidable to the rail support member 200, in the direction of the door body 30 opening/closing and the inclined rail part 11 inclining in a horizontal direction Y, perpendicular to the direction of the door body 30 opening/closing, as well as a vertical direction Z.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】 戸体が床面に落とし込まれると共に壁面に押し込まれるように閉鎖する上吊式引戸装置に関し、現場での取り付け作業を容易に行うことができる上吊式引戸装置および当該上吊式引戸装置に用いられる走行レールを提供すること。【解決手段】 戸体30の閉鎖方向に下降し且つ壁面100に接近する傾斜レール部11を有する走行レール10と、走行レール10の走行レール被転動部12を転動可能な走行ローラ41を有する吊車40と、を有するものであって、走行レール10は、当該走行レール10を所定の場所に固定するためのレール支持具200に対し戸体30の開閉方向に摺動可能な走行レール用摺動部14とで主に構成される上吊式引戸装置１。レール支持具200に対し戸体30の開閉方向に摺動可能に形成された走行レール用摺動部14と、戸体30の開閉方向に対し直交する水平方向Ｙ且つ垂直方向Ｚに傾斜する傾斜レール部11とで主に構成される走行レール10。【選択図】 図２
