To provide a steel concrete composite structure and a construction method of a steel concrete composite structure which can be easily constructed while securing a load bearing equivalent to that in the case of placing the reinforcing steel bar or reinforcing shear reinforcement so as to shorten the construction term.SOLUTION: A steel concrete composite structure includes a steel material 2, a distributing bar 5 arranged facing the steel bar 2, a main reinforcing bar 4 arranged on the steel material 2 side of the distributing bar 5 and intersecting with the distributing bar 5, restraining means 6 provided on the steel bar 2 and restraining the distributing bar 5 to the steel bar 2, and a concrete part (concrete) 7 for burying the steel material 2, the main reinforcing bars 4, the distributing bar 5 and the restraint means 6.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
