METHOD AND STRUCTURE FOR REHABILITATING EXISTING WATERWAY STRUCTURE, AND REHABILITATION PIPE FOR EXISTING WATERWAY STRUCTURE
To prevent leakage of a back-filling material into the inner periphery of a rehabilitation pipe, when rehabilitating an existing deteriorated waterway structure constituting road side ditches by using the rehabilitation pipe.SOLUTION: An existing waterway structure 10 has a main waterway 11 and an open passage 12 continued to an upper part of the main waterway 11. A rehabilitation pipe 20 is installed in the main waterway 11 along the main waterway 11. The rehabilitation pipe 20 is formed by spirally winding a belt-like member 25 and by fitting adjacent marginal parts of winding parts with each other. A communication port 22 extended along the open passage 12 and continued to the open passage 12 is formed to the rehabilitation pipe 20. In a state of butting a pair of rehabilitation boards 40 to both side edges 22a of the communication port 22 of the rehabilitation pipe 20, a back-filling material 60 is filled into a space between an inner periphery of the main waterway 11 and the rehabilitation pipe 20. Before filling the back-filling material 60, among joint regions R0 where the marginal parts of adjacent winding parts of the rehabilitation pipe overlap, at least a part of a specific region from a boundary 110 between the adjacent winding parts appearing on the inner periphery of the rehabilitation pipe 20 to a fitting region R1 nearest to the boundary 110 is sealed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7
【課題】道路側溝等を構成する老朽化した既設水路構造物を、更生管を用いて更生する際に、更生管の内周に裏込め材が漏れ出るのを防止する。【解決手段】 既設水路構造物10は、主水路11と、主水路11の上部に連なる開口路12とを有する。主水路11に沿って主水路11内に更生管20を設置する。更生管20は、帯状部材25を螺旋に巻くとともに、隣接する巻き部分の縁部同士を嵌合することにより形成される。更生管20に、開口路12に沿って延びるとともに開口路12に連なる連通口22を形成する。一対の更生板40を更生管20の連通口22の両側縁22aに当てた状態で、主水路11の内周と更生管20との間に裏込め材60を充填する。裏込め材60の充填に先立ち、更生管の隣接する巻き部分の縁部が重なる接合領域R0のうち、少なくとも更生管20の内周に現れる上記隣接する巻き部分間の境界110からこの境界110に最も近い嵌合領域R1までの特定領域の一部を封止する。【選択図】図7
