TIMBERING DEVICE FOR REHABILITATION PIPE
To suppress deformation of a rehabilitation pipe inwardly in the radial direction caused by filling pressure of a back-filling material, when filling the back-filling material into a space between a deteriorated existing pipe and the rehabilitation pipe lined to the existing pipe.SOLUTION: A timbering device 3 comprises multiple annular frames 10 arranged in the pipe axial direction of a rehabilitation pipe 2 with intervals and facing an inner surface of the rehabilitation pipe 2 in the pipe radial direction. Multiple jacks 20 are supported on the frames 10 with intervals in the circumferential direction, and a support rod 30 extending in the pipe axial direction is stretched on end parts outside the pipe radial direction of the jacks 20. Elastic members 40 extending along the support rod 30 are mounted outside the pipe radial direction of the support rod 30. When the support rod 30 moves outward in the pipe radial direction by the jacks 20, the elastic member 40 is elastically deformed following the distortion in the pipe axial direction of an inner face of the rehabilitation pipe 2. When the elastic member 40 abuts on the inner face of the rehabilitation pipe 2 roughly over the whole length, the elastic member 40 can receive the pressure inward in the pipe radial direction applied to the rehabilitation pipe 2 when filling a back-filling material.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】 老朽化した既設管とこの既設管にライニングされた更生管との間に裏込め材を充填する際に、裏込め材の充填圧による更生管の径方向内側への変形を抑制する。【解決手段】 支保工装置3は、更生管2の管軸方向に間隔をおいて配置されるとともに更生管2の内面と管径方向に対峙する複数の環状のフレーム10を備えている。フレーム10には周方向に間隔をおいて複数のジャッキ20が支持されており、ジャッキ20の管径方向外側の端部に、管軸方向に延びる支持杆30が架け渡されている。支持杆30の管径方向外側には、支持杆30に沿って延びる弾性部材40が取り付けられている。ジャッキ20により支持杆30が管径方向外方向に移動する際に、弾性部材40が更生管2の内面の管軸方向の歪みに追従して弾性変形する。弾性部材40が略全長にわたり更生管2の内面に当たることにより、裏込め材充填時に更生管2に加わる管径方向内方向の圧力を受け止めることができる。【選択図】図2
