To improve the workability of intermediate floor seismic isolation.SOLUTION: The intermediate floor seismic isolation method is a method in which a seismic isolation device 46 is installed on an intermediate floor 10M of an existing structure 10 having an elevator shaft 30 whose basket 32 moves up and down, an upper structure 42 of the existing structure 10 is supported on a lower structure 44 of the existing structure 10 through the seismic isolation device 46, and a lower shaft portion 30L of the elevator shaft 30 disposed on the side of the lower structure 44 is suspended and supported by the upper structure 42. In the method, the lower shaft portion with a pit portion 30P integrated therewith is cut to separate the entire pit portion 30P from the lower shaft portion 30 L.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】本発明は、中間階免震改修の施工性を向上することを目的とする。【解決手段】中間階免震改修工法は、カゴ32が昇降するエレベータシャフト30を有する既存構造物10の中間階10Mに免震装置46を設置し、当該既存構造物10の上部構造体42を免震装置46を介して既存構造物10の下部構造体44に支持させるとともに、下部構造体44側に配置されるエレベータシャフト30の下側シャフト部30Lを上部構造体42に吊り下げ支持させる中間階免震改修工法において、ピット部30Pが一体化された下側シャフト部30Lを切断し、下側シャフト部30Lからピット部30Pの全部を分離する。【選択図】図2
