STEAM VENT STRUCTURE OF STEEL PIPE CONCRETE COLUMN
To provide a steam vent hole formed to penetrate between the inner peripheral surface and the outer peripheral surface of a steel pipe constituting a steel pipe concrete column in which the necessity of removing the filler after casting the concrete is removed in passing the steam generated in the concrete, and the danger associated with the removal is avoided.SOLUTION: The steam in a concrete 3 of the steel pipe concrete column 1 is passed. A mesh member 4 having an eye 4a of a size not allowing flow of concrete 3 before curing having flowability is arranged in a state not detached from the outer circumferential surface of the steel pipe 2 at any part in the axial direction of the steam vent hole 21 at least until the filling of the concrete 3 to the steel pipe 2 is completed and until the concrete 3 loses its fluidity, and the mesh member 4 closes the steam vent hole 21 from an inner circumferential surface 2a side of the steel pipe 2.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】鋼管コンクリート柱を構成する鋼管の内周面と外周面との間を貫通して形成された蒸気抜き孔において、コンクリート中から発生した場合の蒸気を通過させる上で、コンクリート打設後の充填材除去の必要性をなくし、除去に伴う危険を回避する。【解決手段】鋼管コンクリート柱1のコンクリート3中の蒸気を通過させ、流動性を有している硬化前のコンクリート3を通過させない大きさの目4aを持つ網状材4を、蒸気抜き孔21の軸方向のいずれかの部分に、少なくともコンクリート3の鋼管2への充填が完了し、コンクリート3が流動性を失うまでの間、鋼管2の外周面から離脱しない状態で配置し、網状材4で蒸気抜き孔21を鋼管2の内周面2a側から閉塞する。【選択図】図1
