ASSEMBLY METHOD OF CONCRETE FORM WITHOUT USING BATTEN CLEAT AND NAIL
To provide an assembly method of a concrete form without using batten cleats and nails.SOLUTION: (a) Screw holes 2 of 4 mm to be used for a connection are perforated on a surface of 6 cm of a steel material 1 with an interval of 45 cm and used with a screw clamping on the connection of a form plate 3 of a straight wall part. (b) An iron plate is folded at 90 degrees and two screw holes of 4 mm are perforated on a center part of the folded surface as a corner part connection iron plate 5 and all corners are assembled.(c) Screw holes are perforated with an interval of 90 cm on the steel material to fix the form and the concrete surface and are fixed to the form by a screw 4 and are fixed with the concrete screw by the steel material on which a dent for fixing the steel material to the concrete and the concrete screw hole are arranged.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
【課題】桟木、釘を使用しないコンクリート型枠の組み立て工法を提供する。【解決手段】(イ)鋼材1の6cm面に、接合に利用する4mmのビス孔2を45cm間隔にあけ、直線壁部の枠板3の接合にビス留めして用いる。(ロ)鉄板を90度に折り曲げて、折り曲げ面の中央部に角部接合鉄板5として、4mmのビス孔を2つあけて、全ての角を組み立てる。(ハ)枠板とコンクリート面を固定するために、鋼材にビス孔を90cm間隔であけて、ビス4で枠板と固定し、鋼材をコンクリートに固定するための切り込みと、コンクリートビス孔を施した鋼材で、コンクリートビスで固定する。【選択図】図6
