COLUMN FORM WITHOUT SEPARATOR IN REINFORCEMENT CONCRETE BUILDING
To provide a column form which does not use a separator and a plastic cone when the column form is fixed and allows observation of a condition of concrete inside of the column form when concrete is driven into the column form of a concrete building.SOLUTION: A column form is provided that a column form sheathing plate on the indoor side is formed with a transparent plane resin as well as a column form sheathing plate on the outdoor side is formed with two heat insulation panels in which both sides of a styrene foam panel are bonded with a plywood in a sandwich shape, and a plurality of light-weight channel steels are lined vertically on the indoor side of the transparent plate resin and a transparent plate resin holding member for fixing a top and a bottom of the sides on the indoor side of the light-weight channel steel with a plurality of U-shaped steel plates is arranged and a column form side surface reinforcement material for supporting four sides of the column form with a configuration like this is fixed in a bandage shape with C-shaped fastening hardware made from a plate steel formed in generally C-shaped.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 8
【課題】 コンクリート建物の柱型枠にコンクリートを打ち込む際、型枠内部のコンクリートの状態を観察することができると共に、柱型枠を固定する際、セパレーターとプラスチックコーンを使わない柱型枠を提供することを課題とする。【解決手段】 室外側の柱型枠せき板を発泡スチロールパネルの両面をベニヤ板でサンドイッチ状に接着した２枚の断熱パネルで形成すると共に、室内側の柱型枠せき板を透明平板樹脂で形成し、透明平板樹脂の室内側に軽量溝形鋼を縦に複数本並べ、その軽量溝形鋼の室内側の辺の上下を複数本のコの字形鋼板で固定した透明平板樹脂押え部材を配置し、このように構成した柱型枠の４面を支える型枠側面補強材を、平板鋼板を概ねＣの字形に折り曲げたＣ形締付金物で鉢巻き状に固定した柱型枠を提供する。【選択図】図８
